Our speech, our walk rubs off on those that keep company with us. There is a story of an eagle that grew up in a chicken coop and had spent all their time around chicken. Soon the eagle began to think like a chicken, walk like a chicken and act out their life as a chicken. One day eagles flew by and this eagle saw them. The eagle noticed that the birds in the sky had similar traits like her and they were flying. This stirred up a desire within to take advantage of those abilities. Big challenge though was the eagle only knew chicken ways and the mind were locked to that. There is nothing in existence today that came simply by convenience. It takes faith for every great vision to manifest. To break into the abundance of God, your take faith steps both in His word and action on His word. What have you done about what you have learnt is the most important question to answer for everything you read from God’s word. If it is simply read and nothing is done, you will be filled with knowledge but there will be no fruit. There is urgency to following the instructions of the Lord. It’s should be our lifestyle to activate the word of God daily. There is nothing too hard for our God. It’s all about the willingness and obedience that makes the difference. I thought really deep and hard until I could not come up with how on my own. The only man who ever lived and had the how was Jesus Christ our Lord and savior, we on the other hand even when we think we have come up with the wisest approach to life’s questions we soon realize that there is a limitation to the solutions we think work. We have all been given the privilege to have life and we do not fully know how to go about many things. With every year and season that goes by, we take note of the changes that have come our way. We celebrate achievements and look to even achieve more. The hunger we carry in us sets us on a path of winning through the seasons. Winning is the goal that God had in mind when He said let there be Japhet... Eeeeiiii Shababa . So I celebrate the creative genius of God whose divine enablement positioned me on earth at a time like this to be an absolute blessing and have dominion. I recognize the role He gave to my parents in stewarding this gem and I celebrate them for doing such an amazing job. In my context I also celebrate the whole extended family of parents, Uncles, Aunties, m entors, elders, siblings and everyone because in Africa it takes a whole village to raise a king. God's word is God's Mind about you, embrace it. You may be a David that killed another man and took the wife. You may be a Saul known for persecuting the church. You may be the woman caught in adultery and everyone is up ready to cast stones at you. You may be the prodigal son who squandered everything and you feel the best is for you to come back as a servant to your father’s house. Whatever the case that you are being charged for, no one can change God’s mind about you. God’s mind is represented by His word. You won’t know what God says about you unless you embrace the word.
